Due to the sensitive, sterile, and temperature-dependent nature of research peptides, all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Exceptions
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us at support@gopeptipure.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review and, at our discretion, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they’ve been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality-control reasons, opened, used, or improperly stored products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
